Pay As You Go – Ad Hoc IT Support And Services Available On Request

HJS Technology will become more familiar over time with your organisation’s needs, so that when you do need assistance, we can provide a cost-effective solution for you.

You only pay for the time taken to support your requirements through a predetermined hourly rate or fixed rate project price.

This service is offered via our remote help desk or on-site technicians if required.  Having IT support ‘on demand’ is a flexible solution that ensures businesses can resolve any situation, without having to commit to a long-term contract or pay large upfront fees.

How Does It Work?

A fixed hourly rate for our technical services is agreed in advance and you simply only pay for the time it takes to solve your technical request. HJS Technology can provide an estimation on how many hours / minutes are needed for each requirement prior to any resources being deployed.

Co-managed IT Support

At HJS Technology we work with many companies on a co-managed IT arrangement. We are very happy to work closely with your in-house team or solely on an ad-hoc request basis, to achieve your IT goals. Your business can benefit from utilising external resources and skills to complement your in-house resources.

How Am I Charged?

Our Pay As You Go / ad hoc IT support service is managed through a simple online-ticketing system. We will either agree a single one-off project fee or invoice on a per incident basis.
