01 Broadband
Full fibre, SoGEA and SoADSL
Business broadband for most offices. Full fibre (FTTP) runs fibre all the way to your building. SoGEA is broadband without the old phone line attached, and SoADSL is the entry-level option over copper where fibre isn’t available yet.

Business broadband: your questions answered
Can we get full fibre at our office?
It depends on your address. We check what’s available at your building and recommend the best option: full fibre (FTTP) where it’s installed, SoGEA or SoADSL where it isn’t yet, or a leased line if you need a dedicated connection.
What is SoGEA?
SoGEA (Single Order Generic Ethernet Access) is broadband delivered without a traditional phone line attached. As the old copper phone network is switched off, it lets you keep fibre broadband with your calls running over the internet instead.
Do we need a leased line?
Most small offices don’t. A leased line makes sense when lots of people rely on the connection at once, when you upload large files or run cloud systems all day, or when being offline would stop the business. We’ll tell you honestly which you need.
Our Wi-Fi doesn’t reach every room. Can you fix it?
Usually, yes. Poor coverage is normally down to the network inside the building rather than the line. We source, install and configure business access points so the signal reaches every desk and meeting room.
Will our phones work over the new connection?
Yes. Webex Calling and Microsoft Teams Phone run over your internet connection, and because we supply both, we set the broadband up with your calls in mind.
Can broadband go on the same agreement as our phones?
Yes. Broadband, business phones and mobiles can all sit on one agreement with us, with one team to call whatever the problem.
