Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity in Southampton & Hampshire

A simple backup isn't enough if a critical server drops or ransomware strikes. We design ironclad disaster recovery and business continuity that gets you back up and running in minutes, not days.

Why it matters

Resilience built to keep you running

When disaster strikes, the difference between a hiccup and a catastrophe is how fast you recover.

Near-Zero Downtime

Hyper-fast Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), with operational data mirrored continuously to close any gaps.

Ransomware Isolation

Immutable, air-gapped backups mean that if attackers lock your live systems, we restore clean images without paying a ransom.

Continuously Tested

A recovery plan only matters if it launches cleanly. We run automated test failovers to verify your data is uncorrupted.

Complete Hybrid Cover

Whether your data lives on local servers or in the cloud with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, our protection covers all of it.

Two layers of protection

Two types of backup, one complete strategy

Your servers and your cloud applications are protected in very different ways.
We cover both, so nothing falls through the gap.

On-site & cloud infrastructure backup

Protection for your servers & local infrastructure

Your physical servers are backed up locally to a purpose-built on-site appliance and replicated securely to the cloud. If hardware fails, we can instantly virtualise a downed server both on the appliance and in the cloud, so your business keeps running while it's repaired.

Cloud application backup

Protection for Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace

Your cloud platforms guarantee uptime, not the recovery of your data. We add an independent cloud-to-cloud backup for both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, so deleted or compromised emails, files and messages can always be restored, whichever platform you run.

How we protect you

Four layers of business continuity

From instant cloud failover to cloud application protection, we cover every angle of recovery.

Spinning up your systems in the cloud

If your on-site equipment fails, our instant cloud virtualisation steps in. Your live servers are temporarily spun up in a secure off-site cloud environment, so staff can keep working remotely while the hardware is repaired.

Immutable, air-gapped backups

To defend against ransomware, we keep historical snapshots completely isolated from your primary network. These clean, point-in-time copies stay invisible and untouchable to attackers, so a known-good recovery is always available.

Bespoke RTO & RPO planning

Every business has different tolerances for downtime and data loss. Our continuity engineers work with you to set precise Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), balancing cost against resilience.

Protecting your Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace data

Many businesses assume their cloud platform is backed up by default, but Microsoft and Google only guarantee platform availability, not your data. We add independent cloud-to-cloud backups protecting Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) from accidental or malicious deletion.

Frequently asked

Disaster recovery, your questions answered

What is the difference between backup and disaster recovery?
A backup is a copy of your data you can restore from. Disaster recovery is the whole plan and technology that gets your business operational again after an outage, including how fast you recover (RTO) and how much data you can afford to lose (RPO). We provide both: reliable backups plus automated cloud failover that spins up working systems within minutes.
What is the difference between server backup and cloud application backup?
They protect two different things. Server backup safeguards your physical on-site infrastructure, so files, applications and whole servers are copied locally to an on-site appliance and replicated to the cloud, with the ability to instantly virtualise a failed server. Cloud application backup protects the data inside your software-as-a-service platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Most businesses need both, because one covers your infrastructure and the other covers your cloud data.
Are Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace already backed up?
No. Both Microsoft and Google operate a shared responsibility model that guarantees platform availability, not the recovery of your individual data. If a file, email, Teams message or Google Drive document is deleted, accidentally or maliciously, it can be lost for good once retention expires. We add an independent cloud-to-cloud backup that protects Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Shared Drives, Contacts and Calendar).
How quickly can you recover our systems after a failure?
It depends on the Recovery Time Objective (RTO) we agree with you, but with automated cloud virtualisation your critical servers can be spun up in a secure off-site environment within minutes of an on-site failure, so staff keep working while hardware is repaired.
How does your backup protect against ransomware?
We keep immutable, air-gapped historical snapshots that are isolated from your primary network. If ransomware encrypts your live systems, those clean point-in-time copies can't be reached or altered by the attacker, so we can restore from a known-good image rather than paying a ransom.
Do you test the disaster recovery plan?
Yes. A recovery plan is only worth anything if it actually launches cleanly, so we run automated test failovers to verify your data is uncorrupted and your systems come back exactly as expected.
