International Calling Tariffs

When travelling abroad, additional charges may be applied by the networks. Please contact us before you travel if you are unsure whether you have the most cost-effective bundle applied to your account.

Although normal UK mobile tariff applies in some countries, please be careful about exceeding any data allowances as this could trigger “overage” charges.

If you’re travelling further afield, roaming charges can be much higher, and we recommend talking with us to discuss your options to understand the best available deal for the country you’re travelling to.

Alternatively, it might be worth considering buying a SIM for the country you are visiting. All calls, texts and data used in many counties are now chargeable in addition to your current package, but we can offer various bundles and bolt ons to help considerably reduce this expenditure when travelling abroad.

If a user makes a call out of country, this will be chargeable at standard roaming rates. If a user exceeds their UK allowances, they will be liable to roaming pence per minute rates.
